EATING THE WRONG STUFF AT NIGHT CAN KILL YOUR DIET AND WRECK YOUR SLEEP
Thousands of Five-Star Reviews
" I was skeptical before trying this product, I thought there’s no way it can be better for you and still taste like ice cream – but it did! The texture was smooth and creamy for each flavor, no gritty texture or weird aftertaste either. "
" We absolutely loved this ice cream! The kids have a sweet tooth, I’m typically a nighttime snacker, that’s when my sweet tooth kicks in. The fewer calories, less sugar and lactose and the extra protein really got me excited. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be purchasing this from now on. "
" This ice cream was AMAZING and approved by all ages. My son could not get enough and even us as adults had lots of good things to say about this ice cream. Will definitely be purchasing more. "

Nightfood FAQ
Millions of people across the country are eating ice cream on any given night. We make sure people can enjoy their ice cream at night without killing their diet or wrecking their sleep.
Nightfood was developed by leading sleep and nutrition experts with better sleep in mind. That means we made it our mission to keep sleep disruptive ingredients out and added ingredients that are understood to support relaxation and better sleep quality.
Obviously making our coffee flavor with decaf was an easy one, but there are dozens of other nutritional decisions that go into each recipe. We made sleep-friendly choices regarding our protein, fiber, amino acids (tryptophan), lactose content, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and our all-natural sweeteners (with no erythritol or sucralose), and more.
Nightfood does not contain sleep-aid substances or drugs, and it’s not a dietary supplement. It’s simply a better-for-you and more sleep-friendly choice for anybody already eating ice cream at night.
Sleep-friendly means we optimized the macro-nutrient and ingredient profiles of our products for better sleep quality.
Everybody knows that what you eat before bed matters.
So, we removed/minimized stuff that’s in most other ice creams that can be sleep disruptive (excess sugar, excess fat, excess calories, caffeine in certain flavors), and we considered the nighttime digestive process and the existing research linking sleep to nutritional choices. From there, we added certain vitamins, minerals and amino acids that research suggests can support sleep quality.
Nightfood has almost twice as much tryptophan than regular ice cream. It’s high in calcium and vitamin B6, added magnesium, zinc, and prebiotic fiber.
Long story short, our sleep and nutrition experts were tasked with developing a better ice cream for anybody snacking in the hours between dinner and bed. That’s what we call sleep-friendly.
No. Not at all. What we’re saying is that we know there are millions and millions of people already eating ice cream between dinner and bed on any given night. For those people that are going to eat ice cream anyway, Nightfood is a better choice because of its better-for-you and sleep-friendly nutritional profile.
All things being equal, do you think the ice cream you eat before bed should have more sugar? Or less?
More caffeine? Or less?
More tryptophan? Or less?
What about magnesium? Or zinc? Well, maybe you don’t know the answers to those, but our team of nutrition and sleep experts do. And we took all of this (and much much more) into account when formulating our ice cream. Something no other brand has ever done.
The “better-for-you” ice cream market has exploded in recent years. Many brands now make a “healthier” promise, with less sugar, less fat, fewer calories. But we all know most ice cream is eaten between dinner and bed.
How can something you eat at night really be better for you if it doesn’t support better sleep quality?
Better sleep is critical to all aspects of health. If a brand of healthier ice cream isn’t proactively formulated to support better sleep, we don’t believe they’re really fulfilling their “better-for-you” promise”.
Our sleep experts worked with the most innovative ice cream R&D lab in the country to make sure Nightfood was better than anything else on the market. The result is a higher protein, higher fiber ice cream with less fat, less sugar, and fewer calories*. We’re extremely proud of the fact that Nightfood contains no Erythritol, no sucralose, or other artificial sweeteners.
